Yes.  You can withdraw from the festival anytime.  After May 31st, your withdrawal request will be reviewed and approve by the festival chairman.  If you registered with a Credit/Debit card, your refund will be reduced by any credit card fees.  We encourage you to withdraw if you are not feeling well.  We do want to keep everyone at the festival safe.  A $5.00 fee will be deducted to cover costs of processing your refund.

Yes, Friday or Saturday only are $35 if you pre Resister and $40 at the door.

Colorado Mesa Universaty has a beautiful wood dance floor.  Ballrooms are located on the second floor

A trail-end Gatsby's Gala will be at 7:00 PM Thursday evening.  Location is at the Grand Mesa Middle School, (585 31 1/2 RD., Grand Junction, Co. Admission: $12.00 Per/person.  The trail-end dance will feature Bear Miller "Boxcar", Roger Schappell "Razor", Jeff Palmer "Pitbull" and Pat McBride "Pretty Boy" calling and Mitchell Thompson "Muscles" Cueing. Detailed planning of the festival events is ongoing.  Early registrations help us plan the best festival for everyone.  We will post the most up to date information on this website.

Yes there is a Hotel on Campus and several that are in the area.  Some, but not all, are offering a group rate. For a list of them, go to Hotels.  RV for Self-contained units are available on Campus for Dry Camping Only.  See Registration for cost & to reserve a space.  RV parks available nearby.  Grand Junction rv parks and campgrounds

RV Camping is available on site for DRY Camping only.  The cost is $20 per night and you can register online with your registration form and pay by cash or CC.  Deadline for this is 05/22/25, or check nearby RV Parks here  Grand Junction rv parks and campgrounds

Tour of the Colorado National Monument is available for Sunday Morning.

The cost of the Tour is $50.00 PER Person, and is limited to 26 people.
